Testimonials from Past Students

“As a yoga teacher, I have been meaning to take a prenatal class to be more prepared when having pregnant ladies attend my classes. This spring, Yama Yoga offered an 85hrs Prenatal Teacher Training lead by Kristin Louis. Kristin is not only beautiful, she is a passionate and terrific teacher dedicated to her work.  She has been very flexible and patient considering our busy lives, and has prepared us well for this course. It was a pleasure to have met her as well as the wonderful group of ladies who joined the prenatal teacher training.  I feel much more confident now that I have acquired the knowledge of the incredible human body. Namaste”

“Did you know that orgasmic childbirth exists?!?!?! I didn’t! This is just the tip of the iceberg of some of the unique, possibly unconventional to mainstream, amazing things I learned in this course. Kristin created an environment where we could ask questions and share our experience without taboo and without fear of judgment.

Each woman and baby around the world should have the opportunity to be supported by prenatal and postnatal yoga. For me, participating in this program was the first step … to spread the knowledge about IFV, natural childbirth, the importance of changing our mindset through meditation and visualization, breastfeeding, restorative yoga, mummy and me yoga and so much more …

I’m feel so excited now to offer soon-to-be-mothers a nice space, a break from the chaos of life and a safe practice dedicated for her and her baby. Thank you so much Kristin!
